We start by taking an idea and 3D modeling it with CAD software. Then we 3D print it to get a feel of what the product will look like after we cast. Then we use our in-house casting equipment to cast your piece in almost any metal, set the stone, polish, and finish your piece.

Yes. Almost all orders can be customized with any metal or stones. Just fill out the custom order form with the product name and what you would like done, and we will get back to you shortly.

All our stones are sourced from reliable jewelry vendors link Stuller and Rio Grande.

Yes, but we charge a 10% restocking fee on orders, or you can exchange for another product with equal value at no additional cost.

Custom orders should take around 3-4 weeks to be delivered. Please allow for additional time for gold and precious stones.

We ship through USPS, and shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks. Please allow for 2-3 weeks after purchase for shipment products are made to order and sometimes take a while to get out.
