Every custom piece starts with your idea. We take your concept—whether it’s a sketch, photo, or description—and turn it into a detailed 3D model using professional CAD software. From there, we 3D print a physical prototype so you can see and feel how the final piece will look.

Once you approve the design, we cast it in your chosen metal using our in-house casting equipment. After casting, we set the stones by hand, polish the piece, and apply the finishing touches to bring your custom design to life.

Yes—nearly every piece we offer can be customized. You can choose your preferred metal (silver or any color gold) and select the stones that best match your vision.

To get started, just fill out the Custom Order Form with the product name and the details you'd like to change. We’ll review your request and get back to you shortly to confirm the design and next steps.

All of our stones and metals are sourced through trusted and reputable jewelry suppliers, including industry leaders like Stuller and Rio Grande. We prioritize quality, ethical sourcing, and consistency to ensure that every piece we create meets the highest standards.

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, though a 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds due to the handmade nature of our products.

Prefer something else? You can exchange your item for another piece of equal value at no additional cost. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

Custom orders typically take 3–4 weeks from start to delivery. Please note that pieces made with gold or precious gemstones may require additional time for sourcing and handling.

We ship all orders via USPS, and once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks within the U.S.

Since all of our products are made to order, please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase for your item to be completed and shipped. Quality takes time, and we appreciate your patience while we craft your piece with care.

We offer flexible payment plans through Afterpay. At checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment method to split your total into four interest-free payments, made every two weeks.
